For us, it’s personal
As people who’ve loved travel for as long as we can remember, exploring the world is in our blood. It’s what we love ourselves – and it’s what we love to bring to others. As a private, family-run business trading since 1984, our appetite for travel spans generations. We started by selling British holidays… and now we sell the world.

That is the standard we set ourselves which is why our clients come back to us time and again and why our long-serving members of staff put all their energy into every holiday booking. How we make your holiday happen
From the first call, we will get the ball rolling
We’ll take note of your budget, holiday dates, group number and ideal departure airport(s). We’ll talk to you about what you want from your holiday – dream destinations, any special requests, and any bucket-list ambitions. This will help us feed you some inspiration and ideas you might never have had otherwise… until we’ve worked out the perfect holiday to suit.
When you are happy, we will book everything for you
From flights and transfers to accommodation and excursions, we’ll sort every aspect of your holiday. All we’ll need is passport information for everyone in your group. Need visas? We can advise on that. Special room requests or airport assistance needed? We can sort it.
We will keep you informed on payments and other admin
After the deposit is paid, we will advise you when the balance payment is due. We will always contact you again prior to the balance due date as a reminder. Payment plan? No problem! Just pay amounts whenever it’s convenient for you. We will also remind you of any visa or extra requirements and travel insurance.
We will take care of all the paperworkIf there are any unforeseen complications with travel arrangements, we’ll take care of it and keep you informed. When everything is tip-top, we’ll send you your boarding passes and other documentation by email (or if you’re local you can pick them up from us if you prefer).
During your holiday we are on call if you need us
Need something while you’re abroad? No problem. You can call us at any time, 24/7.
Even when you are home, we can help if required
We aim to ensure your holiday goes without a hitch… but sometimes stuff happens! If you wish to complain to a provider, we can assist with that, and we can help with insurance claim paperwork too.

Are you more expensive than online?
No - we price match most operators.
How do you make money?
Our commission is built into the operator costs – so using us costs you nothing.
Are you covered by ABTA & ATOL?
Yes - we have held these licences for many years, so you can rest assured that your holiday is 100% financially protected.
Do I still have to do all that online stuff?
No - we can check and print everything out for you – it’s all part of the service!
Do I need to come into the office?
It is always lovely to put a face to a name, so you’re welcome to drop by, but no - we can book everything over the phone or on email.
Do you book package holidays?
Of course! We’re not just about tailor-made holidays. We work closely with Jet2, Tui and easyJet to name a few. The benefit of booking with us instead of direct with them is that you get all our expertise thrown in too.
Can you put a package together for me?
Yes – it’s what we love to do. We can create a bespoke holiday for you that can include pretty much anything, anywhere. It starts with an initial chat – and we’ll do the rest
